How do I change my name, local address, local phone, mailing address or mailing phone?
Name, local address, local phone, mailing address, and mailing address phone number changes:
- Log into portal.samford.edu
- Click on the Banner tab
- Click on the Personal Information link
- Click on View and Update Addresses and Phone for the address and phone changes
- Set your phone to unlisted if you do not want it to be displayed in the directory
- Click on Name Change Information for the name changes

I am having problems updating an address which has been set for update. Who should I contact?

Alumni should request a business or mailing address change through Donor Relations click here.

Faculty and Staff members should request a business, local, or mailing address change through Human Resources click here.

Divinity students should contact the Divinity Records Officer in Divinity Hall room S213 for the business, local, or mailing address changes.

Law students should go to the Law Students Records Office in room 106 of Robinson Hall for the business, local, or mailing address changes.

Pharmacy students with changes to their business, local, or mailing addresses and who are currently enrolled or returning students should go to the Associate Dean's Office in the McWhorter School of Pharmacy. Newly admitted pharmacy students should contact the McWhorter School of Pharmacy Admissions Office.

- Click on the Banner tab
- Click on the Personal Information link
- Click the Directory Profile link
- Check or uncheck viewable fields on the Directory Profile page
- Click on the Submit Changes button when finished
