Q. What does the Help Desk support?
A. The help desk supports ethernet card configuration and problems relating to network connectivity for Windows XP/Vista and Macintosh systems. Technicians are not trained or required to support other operating systems or other hardware such as scanners, printers, memory, video cards, and sound cards. However, many technicians are skilled in these areas and are willing to help with those types of problems if their schedule allows. Priority will be given to students with network and connectivity issues during the week students move in.
Q. What if I misplace my user name and password?
A. Bring a picture ID to Brooks Hall 329 Monday--Friday between 8am and 5pm.
