Dr. Ken Kirby
UCCP102 continues Samford's freshman survey of important developments
in thought in the West and throughout the world. Our approach
will be topical and somewhat chronological, examining important
perspectives on the Protestant Reformation, Genesis 1-3 and related
works such as Darwin's The Origin of
Species and Milton's Paradise
Lost, the industrialization of society and labor, the
Arab/Israeli conflict in the Middle East, and other issues.
