Description

Join the Samford Wellness Kitchen as we have a Farm-to-Table night featuring a Southern Vegetable Plate with local Alabama produce. Succotash, Braised Collard Greens, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Apple pie. Allergens: gluten/wheat, dairy, eggs. (*can be modified prior to class)

Participants will prepare a few recipes with the Samford Wellness Kitchen and enjoy sharing it together at the end of class. This class is open to adults (17+) in the greater Birmingham community. 16 spots available.

The mission of Samford Wellness Kitchen is to offer hands-on culinary nutrition classes, with a focus on ‘Food is Medicine’, for community members (adults/teens), Samford students and employees.
