Art For High School (Grades 9-12)
Wednesdays, January 15-February 26
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: Academy of the Arts Room 135
Instructor: Kim Gerlach
Students will focus on building their art portfolio. Students will hone their technical skills in drawing, painting, mixed media, and sculpture.
Tuition includes supplies. Limited to 10 students.
Directions From I-65:
Take exit 255, Lakeshore Drive. From the north, turn left; from the south, turn right. Continue on Lakeshore Drive for about 2 miles. Go past Samford University’s main gate to the next stop light. Take a right onto Old Montgomery Highway, then the next right onto S. Lakeshore Drive. We are on the right side of the road, across from Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Directions From US-31 and US-280:
Exit onto Lakeshore Drive, going west. Turn left at the stop light onto Old Montgomery Highway (it is just west of 31), then the next right onto S. Lakeshore Drive. We are on the right side of the road, across from Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Parking:
You will be allowed to park anywhere except Handicap Spaces and Fire Lanes. No parking permit is required.
