Participants will prepare a few recipes with the Samford Wellness Kitchen and enjoy sharing it together at the end of class. This class is open to adults (17+) in the greater Birmingham community. 16 spots available.

The mission of Samford Wellness Kitchen is to offer hands-on culinary nutrition classes, with a focus on ‘Food is Medicine’, for community members (adults/teens), Samford students and employees.
