Description

This four-day institute invites talented pianists to experience an intensive and enriching piano program. The comprehensive experience includes private lessons and a variety of educational classes with Samford University professors, master classes, and collaborative projects.

Registration opens April 1, 2024. The cost is $500, which includes daily lunch and snacks. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

with a Gala Recital at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025

Students should bring prepared repertoire for lessons and the recital. Students are encouraged to bring additional repertoire for study. Daily practice and collaborative rehearsals will support musical growth.

Requirements for Participation:

Students who have completed grades 9th – 12th (including 2025 high school graduates) are eligible to attend. Students who have completed grades 7th – 8th will be considered as space is available. Students should be playing at least at the level of a Bach Invention or a Clementi Sonatina.
