In appreciation for your support of the Samford DPT Clinical Education program and serving as a Clinical Instructor in the last few years, we will be offering a FREE 2-hour CEU Jurisprudence course that focuses on the Alabama Practice Act and the Alabama Administrative Code

PER ALABAMA BOARD OF PHYSICAL THERAPY REQUIREMENTS

Licenses are renewed annually between July 1 and September 30.

We know you’ve been working hard to complete your continuing education hours, but don’t forget — 2025 is a Jurisprudence year!

For every year ending in “5” or “0,” 2 of your required CE hours must be in Alabama Jurisprudence.

That’s 2 of the 10 required hours (or 12 if you are a PT practicing Direct Access)

General ethics or generic jurisprudence courses do not count

The course must focus specifically on the Alabama Practice Act and the Alabama Administrative Code

The AL JAM cannot be substituted for the 2-hour AL Jurisprudence CE requirement!
