Description

Samford nutrition students in NUTR 412 (Quantity Food Production) will prepare a healthy and delicious meal to residents staying at Birmingham's Hope Lodge. We invite you to support this cause by purchasing one (or more) of these meals at $10 apiece.

About Hope Lodge: The American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. More than just a roof over their heads, it’s a nurturing community that helps patients access the care they need. Each Hope Lodge community offers a supportive, homelike environment where guests can share a meal, join in the evening’s activities, or unwind in their own private room.

Your contribution will go to providing a meaningful experience for both our students and Hope Lodge residents who are in active cancer treatment.
