Description

Samford Nutrition students in NUTR 412 (Quantity Foods Production) are presenting their final projects. All meals are fully designed, prepared, and sold by students for just $12.00.

This week's menu includes glazed maple chicken breast with Dijon mustard and fall herbs; honey cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes; garlic roasted carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini and red onion; rosemary pear mocktail. Dessert is soft pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting.

Each student group is responsible for managing the production of their chosen meal from start to finish. There has never been a more delicious way to support student learning outcomes! Meals are packaged to-go and are to be picked up in the Food Labs on the second floor of CHS-1, Room 1237, between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. on October 30. Alternately, you can request a meal be held for you until lunch on Friday. Requests can be made to sholmes4@samford.edu.
