Samford Nutrition students in NUTR 412 (Quantity Foods Production) are presenting their final projects. All meals are fully designed, prepared, and sold by students for just $12.00.

This week's menu includes Chicken Shawarma Bowl (GF) with white rice; Hummus and Tzatziki with carrot sticks (GF); and an almond flour chocolate chip cookie (GF).

Each student group is responsible for managing the production of their chosen meal from start to finish. There has never been a more delicious way to support student learning outcomes! Meals are packaged to-go and are to be picked up in the Food Labs on the second floor of CHS-1, Room 1237, between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. on November 6. Alternately, you can request a meal be held for you until lunch on Friday. Requests can be made to sholmes4@samford.edu.
