Description

Samford nutrition students in NUTR 412 are presenting their final projects. All meals are full designed, prepared and sold by students. Meals are sold for just $12.00.

This week's menu includes Greek Cheeseburger Salad (greens layered with seasoned beef, feta, vegetables and zesty Mediterranean dressing); Golden Harvest Pilaf; Rustic Rosemary Potatoes; Iced Honey Mint Green Tea and Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf.

Each student group is responsible for managing the production of their chosen meal from start to finish. There has never been a more delicious way to support student learning outcomes! Meals are packaged to-go and are to be picked up in the Food Labs on the second floor of CHS-1, Room 1237, between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. on November 13. Alternately, you can request a meal be held for you until lunch on Friday. Requests can be made to sholmes4@samford.edu.
