Adults (17+) can join the Samford Wellness Kitchen as we prepare Dim Sum Favorites. The menu includes Char Siu Steamed Buns, Vegetable Dumplings and Mango Sago.

Participants will prepare a few recipes with the Samford Wellness Kitchen and enjoy sharing it together at the end of class. This class is open to adults (17+) in the greater Birmingham area. There are 16 spots available.

The mission of Samford Wellness Kitchen is to offer hands-on culinary nutrition classes with a focus on "Food is Medicine" for community members, Samford students and employees.
