Description

Adults (17+) can join the Samford Wellness Kitchen as we prepare homemade pasta from scratch. The menu includes whole wheat pasta with kale pesto, summer squash, white beans, tomatoes and Italian almond cake.

Major allergens: Tree nuts, wheat, and eggs

Participants will prepare several recipes with the Samford Wellness Kitchen and enjoy sharing it together at the end of class. This class is open to adults (17+) in the greater Birmingham community. 16 spots available.

The mission of the Samford Wellness Kitchen is to offer hands-on culinary nutrition classes, with a focus on 'Food is Medicine,' for community members, Samford students and employees.
