Adults (17+) can join the Samford Wellness Kitchen as we prepare Farro Berry Salad with Seasoned Chicken Breast. Ingredients include Whole grain farro, blueberries, strawberries, basil, mixed greens, goat cheese, pecans, and homemade vinaigrette.
